RRC Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to join our Riverside, California team. The attorney will handle construction contracts, provide strategic legal counsel, and draft and file critical documents for varied disputes.

The role requires 5–10 years of litigations experience, California bar licensure, and a strong background in construction industry knowledge, labor law, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent writing and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) required and active California bar admission.
• 5–10 years of litigation experience and dispute resolution preferred.
• Construction law specialty strongly preferred and knowledge of construction industry compliance required.
• Strong writing, decision-making and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Review, modify, and create construction contracts and contractor agreements to protect from liability and payment issues.
• Advise clients by analyzing situations, defining needs, and outlining strategies.
• Prepare legal documents such as motions, briefs, and claims on behalf of clients.
• Resolve disputes to avoid litigation where possible; mediate, negotiate, arbitrate, and litigate as needed.
• Supervise administrative staff and paralegals; coordinate client billing and case wrap-up.
