Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license required.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, AICPA auditing standards, and construction accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements for construction clients (general contractors, subcontractors, homebuilders).
• Guide on construction accounting topics: percentage-of-completion, job costing, change orders, retainage, WIP reporting.
• Review financial statements, workpapers, and controls for GAAP compliance.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and team performance.
• Build client relationships and provide strategic financial insights.
• Mentor staff and foster technical excellence.
