• Provide guidance on construction accounting topics such as percentage-of-completion, job costing, change orders, retainage, and WIP reporting.
• Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and internal controls for GAAP compliance.
• Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and team performance.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic business insights.
• Mentor staff and foster technical excellence.
• Identify opportunities to expand client services through collaboration.
