Responsibilities

Lead assurance engagements for construction clients including general contractors, subcontractors, and homebuilders.
Provide guidance on construction accounting topics such as percentage-of-completion, job costing, change orders, retainage, and WIP reporting.
Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and internal controls for GAAP compliance.
Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and team performance.
Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic business insights.
Mentor staff and foster technical excellence.
Identify opportunities to expand client services through collaboration.
