Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction experience.
• Experience with large infrastructure projects preferred.
• Admission to the New York Bar or able to waive in.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex construction, license and design-related contracts.
• Support owners, contractors, developers and design professionals on projects.
• Assist with construction-related disputes, claims avoidance, litigation and arbitration support.
• Provide project counseling and risk management for infrastructure deals.
