Overview

• The practice group advises clients on nationally significant projects, with practices covering both construction transactions and dispute resolution, offering substantial mentorship to associates.
• Preferred experience includes contract drafting/negotiation, project counseling, and dispute work.
• The role supports partners and clients across the full lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects, from conception through closeout.
• Primary focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex construction, license, and design-related agreements.
• Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating owner-contractor, owner-architect, construction management, engineering, consulting, access, commissioning, and procurement contracts for diverse domestic and international clients.
• Work involves high-profile developments in sectors such as healthcare facilities, educational institutions, hospitality assets, data centers, transportation, infrastructure projects, mixed-use developments, and governmental facilities.
• In addition to transactional work, the associate will assist with construction-related disputes, claims avoidance strategies, project counseling, litigation and arbitration support, and risk management matters.
• Associates will have opportunities for direct client interaction, project team coordination, and participation in complex negotiations involving owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, and governmental entities.
