The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of construction-litigation experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and active Florida Bar admission.

• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.

Candidate Profile

• JDfrom atop-tier law schoolwith anexcellent academic record
