Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a motivated mid-level Associate Attorney to join its expanding Construction Litigation Practice in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands‑on experience in high‑stakes construction disputes in a collaborative and client‑focused environment.

Candidate Profile
  • JD from a top‑tier law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
  • 5-7 years of substantive construction litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury matters
  • Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Experience handling discovery processes and depositions
  • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-service mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay‑related litigation
  • Draft sophisticated litigation‑related documents with precision and strategic insight
  • Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
