Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Assistant Superintendent located in San Diego, CA. The Assistant Superintendent will assist in overseeing all aspects of daily construction operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include assisting in managing on-site teams, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with project specifications and timelines. The role requires proactive communication with project superintendent, clients, and internal project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
