Responsibilities

• Create project start-up documents.
• Review project documents.
• Create and track submittal packages through an approval.
• Tracking daily reports (safety, labor, material usage).
• Budget adjustments and billing preparation.
• Supervising subcontractors as needed.
• Follow-up on material, contact, and in the field.
• Create material logs for the scope of work.
