Greater Metroplex Interiors (GMi) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support Project Managers on assigned construction projects from turnover to closeout. You will help ensure safety, on-time delivery, and cost control while maintaining GMi quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, performance-driven, and able to coordinate field and office activities to maximize project results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, exterior cladding is preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (completed or in progress).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Aufgaben

• Assist in managing projects from setup through closeout, including buyout, submittals, documentation, and financial tracking.
• Support contract review, issue purchase orders, process change orders, and route invoices for payment.
• Help manage project budgets including labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Monitor progress, track percent complete, and report on schedule and cost performance.
• Attend project meetings with internal teams and General Contractors.
