Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure contract, design, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Communicate with Owner and Design team to resolve issues and enable construction activities.
• Oversee project engineers, maintain logs and RFI files, and support safety programs.
• Assist with pay applications, cost reporting, and budget development.
• Prepare Subcontracts and Purchase Orders and participate in project buyout.
