Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping, yards, shrubs, trees, and watering sod.
• Help maintain clean streets and gutters.
• Perform minor touch ups and some punch-list activities.
• Communicate with sub-contractors and meet project needs.
• Attend staff meetings and follow safety protocols.
• Lock and unlock doors daily and ensure site security.
