You will manage Vista Viewpoint entries, aging reports, lien releases, cash receipts, and job cost reconciliations, while maintaining accurate customer files and collaborating with project managers.

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of credit and collection practices.
• Experience with Vista Viewpoint is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with AIA invoicing and job cost concepts.
• Proficient in Excel and PDF document handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup jobs/contracts in Vista Viewpoint.
• Review change orders and schedule of values in Vista Viewpoint.
• Post daily cash receipts and maintain customer files.
• Prepare AR aging reports and contact contractors for overdue invoices.
• Generate monthly billing worksheets for project managers.
• Assist with lien releases and lower-tier lien documentation.
• Support monthly WIP close and project cost reconciliations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
