Sargent Construction Academy in Orono, ME is hiring entry-level laborers for a March/April 2027 or June 2027 start. You will receive hands-on training to run heavy equipment, supervise crews, and learn site leadership. Full-time work with benefits and potential classroom instruction in winter.

Requirements include high school or equivalent and willingness to travel 100% to projects across Maine and New Hampshire. Lodging and per diem are provided during assignments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Willing to travel 100% with lodging and per diem.

• Demolition and/or cleanup.
• Excavation.
• Erosion control install and maintenance.
