Qualifications

• Recent high school graduate (or GED).
• Interested in building a career in construction.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily and weekly safety meetings.
• Assist with site safety inspections and reporting.
• Learn how construction schedules are developed and managed.
• Track project materials and deliveries.
• Support QA/QC efforts.
• Assist with project documentation and document management.
• Learn RFIs and submittals processes.
• Help verify work is installed per plans and specs.
• Participate in coordination meetings with trade partners.
• Assist with punch lists and closeout activities.
