Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking an Apprentice - Construction to join the Construction team as an entry-level role. You will work under a mentor, complete the 180-day apprenticeship, and assist with residential repairs, maintenance, and some project coordination.

You will learn to prepare basic reports, estimates, and change notes while communicating scope, schedule, and cost updates professionally, with supervision. Emphasis on safety and hands-on training throughout the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Technical school graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic repairs and preventive maintenance under supervision.
• Support scheduling and coordination with Construction leadership.
• Capture job documentation with photos and notes.
• Follow safety practices and OSHA/EPA/HAZCOM guidelines.
• Communicate scope, schedule, and cost updates professionally.
