Construction Apprentice: Embrace leadership, take ownership, and reap the rewards of top performance. We are dedicated to developing leaders and fostering career growth. As an Apprentice, you'll be part of a three-person crew, preparing you to step into a leadership role. During this period, you’ll receive the training, knowledge, and tools needed to excel and advance, with the potential to lead your own crew. As part of a construction crew, you will perform in-home basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspace repair, and other home improvement solutions. Your work will leave homeowners with restored peace of mind, knowing their home’s value has been preserved and protected.

What We Offer:

• $500 Sign-on Bonus
• Bonus Structure: After successfully completing training requirements to become a Foreman or Co-Foreman, you become eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus system rewards efficiency, meaning the more efficient your team, the higher your potential earnings.
• High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible can earn up to $160,000 annually. There’s no cap, so your earning potential increases with your success!
• Prioritized career development with training resources, tools, and pathways for your advancement within our organization. Paid training ranging from $17/hr to $21/hr based on experience.
• Benefits include: health insurance, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, paid holidays, and paid sick time.
