Job summary

gpac, a respected architecture firm in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, seeks a seasoned Construction Administrator to own construction administration on major healthcare and higher education projects.

You will be the voice of the design team on site, ensuring built work matches the designs and coordinating with contractors, owners, and architects. In this leadership role, you’ll maintain field documentation, drive clear communication, and share know-how with your teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction administration experience.
• Healthcare and higher education project experience preferred.
• Based in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area or willing to relocate.
• Degree in architecture or construction administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own construction administration on major projects, with a focus on healthcare and higher education.
• Represent the design team in the field throughout construction.
• Coordinate with contractors, owners and the design team through project completion.
