SIRIS LLC is seeking a motivated Construction Administrator to join our team for major healthcare construction projects. The role involves data collection, reporting, and acting as a client representative on complex projects, with focus on schedules, costs, and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring several years of construction administration experience in regulated environments and can work independently while coordinating with VA staff, clients, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in construction-related fields.
• Experience with healthcare/government/institutional projects is desirable.
• Ability to analyze financial, schedule and compliance data for program decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor project financial data, budget performance, and cost trends.
• Review construction schedules and support progress and performance evaluations.
• Participate in progress meetings and support issue identification and resolution.
• Review testing, inspection, and quality assurance documentation for compliance.
• Support claims administration, change management, and contract modifications.
• Review contractor work documentation and progress for conformance with documents.
• Prepare analytical reports, correspondence, and program status documentation.
• Maintain tracking tools and reporting systems for program oversight.
• Advise program leadership on construction administration best practices.
