  • Reconcile project financial data and monitor funding allocations to ensure accurate budget management.
  • Analyze project costs, funding utilization, and spending trends; develop financial forecasts and budget projections.
  • Coordinate with business unit leaders to establish, monitor, and maintain project budgets and funding sources.
  • Track budget balances and expenditures, identify potential shortfalls, and proactively communicate funding needs.
  • Monitor purchase orders and project funding distribution, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation.
  • Generate monthly financial and operational reports, audit project data, and resolve discrepancies across multiple systems and databases.
  • Provide project administration, finance, reporting, and systems support to project management teams, including data entry, audits, reconciliations, and project documentation.
  • Support onboarding and training for project management and financial systems.
  • Participate in recurring project review meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to align project financial and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including construction, operations, finance, accounting, procurement, IT, and project management.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and tracking tools to monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Essential Skills
  • Proficient in Procore, Quickbase, and document control systems.
  • Strong understanding of construction contract terms and conditions, including schedule, change management, and claims.
  • High attention to detail with excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional project teams and manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience with project coordination, sharepoint, and construction data entry.
