Dynotec, Inc. is seeking a Construction Administrator / Project Manager to lead on-site and administrative aspects of project execution in a correctional environment, ensuring adherence to plans, safety protocols, and contracts.

The ideal candidate brings field experience in correctional facilities, strong contractor management, and technical confidence to resolve complex construction issues without day-to-day supervision.

Qualifications

• Correctional/jail facility experience managing construction administration or architectural oversight within correctional facilities or high-security environments.
• Proven track record of independently managing project-level construction administration with minimal supervision.
• 5–8+ years of architectural administration, construction management, or owner’s representation on complex institutional/public sector projects.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with strong contractor negotiation and multi-disciplinary coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• The Construction Administrator / Project Manager will manage on-site and administrative project execution, ensuring strict adherence to architectural plans, safety protocols, and contractual specifications.
• Respond to on-site issues with strong contractor management and issue-resolution capabilities.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to maintain project alignment, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Industry Background: Minimum 5–8+ years of architectural administration, construction management, or owner's representation experience on complex institutional or public sector projects.
• Communication & Technical Acumen: Superior oral and written communication skills, with strong capabilities in contractor negotiations and multi-disciplinary coordination.
