Job summary

Allied seeks a Construction Admin Coordinator for its Fort Lauderdale, FL office. The role supports the HR/Administration Directorate and liaisons with Allied campuses, requiring superb reception, organization, and a proactive attitude.

You will professionally greet visitors, answer calls, plan meetings, arrange travel, and manage deliveries, while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and well–organized office environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of receptionist or office admin experience in a construction company.
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings/blueprints and ability to interpret key elements.
  • Comfortable with construction terminology, trade language, and jobsite communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and related software.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming office environment.
  • Answer calls professionally and route to appropriate Allied team members.
  • Plan meetings and events, secure resources, agenda items, and catering as needed.
