Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are correctly updated.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries promptly and knowledgeably.
• Route agreements and contracts through the signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities as needed.
• Support the team with research and data entry.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Plan and organize own work assignments.
