Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to process large data volumes.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and DRH applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare House Profit Analyses and review gross profit margins for each sales contract.
• Review job costs for budget variances and posting errors; resolve with proper departments.
• Conduct monthly close procedures and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and related journals.
• Monitor and post bank deposits, cash receipts, and tax payments.
• Prepare various weekly and monthly reports (e.g., Weekly Sales, Marketing, Warranty).
