Responsibilities include processing invoices, preparing statements, reconciling accounts, data entry, and assisting with audits. Enrolled students gain practical exposure while working with experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in construction, paving, or infrastructure industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with accounting systems or software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing invoices, expenses, and vendor payments
• Help prepare financial statements and reports
• Support the reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Enter and maintain accurate data in accounting systems
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Help maintain and organize digital and physical financial records
• Participate in audits by preparing documentation and supporting materials
• Assist in analyzing financial data for budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with accounting staff to support daily accounting operations
• Complete other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned by supervisors
