You will handle invoice entry, monthly billings, payroll review, subcontractor compliance tracking, and owner billing, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Qualifications include a high school diploma (college degree in Accounting or Finance preferred), strong Excel and MS Office skills, and familiarity with Ohio prevailing wage and Davis-Bacon

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
College degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
Knowledge of accounting principles/functions desired.
Experience with state and federal prevailing wage regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Project/Corporate Accountants with duties as requested; ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Execute transactional related tasks within monthly accounting cycle – invoice entry, monthly billings, payroll review, inclusion tracking and subcontractor compliance.
Track and distribute credit card statements.
Prepare owner billing and compile supporting documents.
Prevailing wage review and tracking.
Monitor subcontractor compliance and correspond with subcontractors as necessary.
