Job summary

Responsibilities

• Track and distribute credit card statements.
• Prepare owner billing and compile supporting documents.
• Prevailing wage review and tracking.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance and correspond with subcontractors as necessary.

What You Will Bring:

• High school diploma required . College degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Must have knowledge of accounting principles/functions.
• Experience reviewing, tracking, and ensuring compliance with State of Ohio prevailing wage requirements and Federal Davis-Bacon prevailing wage regulations is strongly preferred
