Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Constructability Lead to oversee the constructability phase of projects in Carrollton, TX. You will partner with internal departments and customers to ensure standards are implemented through detailing and model coordination.

You will drive trade coordination, supervise detailers, and align model development with the project schedule while managing resources and costs. Strong communication and BIM/CAD skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience in construction management or detailing.
• Experience leading constructability and coordinating with design and field teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to read and interpret construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability on assigned projects and coordinate with design, modeling, and field teams.
• Manage final trade coordination and sign-off with the General Contractor.
• Develop and integrate a design pull schedule to align model development with deliverables.
• Manage project resources, budget, and costs; build client relationships.
