This position serves as a primary point of contact for constituents seeking assistance with federal agencies and programs. The Constituent Services Representative will advocate on behalf of Hawaii residents experiencing challenges with federal agencies while providing exceptional constituent service in a professional, nonpartisan, and timely manner.
While not required, helpful experience includes working directly with federal agencies or within federal, state, or local government processes. Strong candidates will bring a background in constituent services, social services, legal services, non-profit work, or customer advocacy, along with a demonstrated track record of effectively engaging with diverse populations and vulnerable communities.
The ideal candidate is committed to public service, possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, and can work independently and manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
