Job summary

Detroit Public Schools Community District is seeking a Program Associate I - Constituent Response to support operations across the Central Office in Detroit. You will manage the District's constituent response process and OnFlo ticketing system, ensuring timely, high-quality service to families and community partners.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and analytical skills, the ability to translate data insights, and a commitment to privacy and confidentiality in handling district

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with synthesis of analysis.
• Ability to understand large school district landscapes and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate all constituent relations for the District.
• Process inquiries and complaints; enter contacts in tracking database.
• Draft constituent responses as needed and provide responsive customer service.
• Develop weekly reports on constituent issues and responses.
