• Experience in event management and volunteer leadership is desirable.
• Knowledge of alumni engagement strategies and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead growth of the Parent’s Council through communications and events.
• Launch a Student Alumni Association to connect students and alumni.
• Deliver a robust calendar of events to drive engagement and support university priorities.
• Coordinate print and digital communications to support events.
• Manage Alumni Awards processes, including logistics and sponsorships.
