Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an Accounting Consolidations Manager for a growing public company. You will oversee global monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation, prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, and manage intercompany eliminations.

The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, strong growth opportunities, and a compensation range of $135,000-$150,000 plus bonus, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Accounting.
• CPA preferred.
• 6+ years consolidations experience in public company or public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls.
• Partner with regional finance teams to resolve consolidation issues.
• Maintain and enhance consolidation systems (Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).
• Support external audit requirements for consolidated statements.
• Assist with acquisitions integration into consolidation process.
• Identify and implement process improvements for consolidation and reporting.
• Lead and develop staff with mentorship.
