Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking an Accounting Manager – Consolidations & Intercompany in Charlotte, NC, hybrid. You will oversee the monthly/quarterly close, intercompany accounting, eliminations, and data integrity to support audit and reporting processes.

Qualified candidates have 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA, and deep knowledge of US GAAP and SOX. Public company experience is highly preferred and ERP consolidation systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong consolidations, intercompany, eliminations, and multi-entity close experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX.
• Public accounting/public company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly consolidation and close activities.
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and eliminations.
• Identify and resolve intercompany discrepancies and aging balances.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial information.
• Maintain strong controls and documentation surrounding consolidation processes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Partner with business units, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting, and other accounting teams.
• Drive improvements and automation across consolidation and intercompany processes.

We are partnering with a complex, multi-entity organization seeking an Accounting Manager - Consolidations & Intercompany. This role will play a key part in the consolidated close process, overseeing intercompany accounting, eliminations, data integrity, controls, and related reporting activities.
