Job summary

Spencer Ogden seeks a Consolidations Lead to own the global close, intercompany eliminations, and reporting for a multi-entity portfolio in a high-demand environment.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Financial Reporting, Tax, IT, and Audit to deliver accurate, timely statements, ensure SOX readiness, and drive continuous improvement in consolidation processes using Oracle EPM and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience or 3+ years in public accounting with Big Four preferred.
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
• Strong consolidation accounting experience in a multi-entity environment with Oracle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Run the consolidated close for multiple entities and ensure timely reporting.
• Review intercompany eliminations, balance sheets, and income statements monthly.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Tax, IT, and Audit on close deliverables and SOX readiness.
• Maintain finance master data, entity hierarchies, and reporting structures.
• Support acquisitions, new entity setups, and portfolio reporting changes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and strengthen close processes using Oracle tools.
