Job summary

CFS in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Consolidations Manager to lead the global financial consolidation across 30+ reporting units and manage intercompany eliminations, translations, and new acquisitions.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations, coach a small team, and drive process improvements, data quality, and standardized reporting in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of progressive consolidations and financial reporting experience.
• Strong multi-entity/global consolidation experience.
• Deep knowledge of multi-currency translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced financial systems experience; Planful/Host Analytics, SAP EPM, Oracle, BPC, Tagetik, OneStream, or similar.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global financial consolidation process across 30+ reporting units.
• Review entity submissions, reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation entries.
• Manage multi-currency translation and complex intercompany activity.
• Integrate newly acquired entities into the consolidation process.
• Improve consolidation systems, reports, templates, and data quality.
• Partner with subsidiary controllers and corporate accounting teams globally.
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
