Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking an Accounting Systems & Consolidation Coordinator based in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on the consolidation of financial statements and requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

The position includes responsibilities such as developing training materials, overseeing consolidation processes, and serving as the liaison between finance and user departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting or a related field.
• 4 years progressively responsible experience performing double-entry computerized accounting work.
• 1 year of related training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and evaluate financial consolidations for ARC Command.
• Develop and implement processes for financial consolidation and compliance.
• Oversee fiscal year opening and closing activities.
• Coordinate and conduct training for assigned accounting systems.
• Oversee year-end consolidation of all ARC Command units.
