Job summary

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Accounting Systems & Consolidation Coordinator to oversee the year-end consolidation of the ARC Command units and ensure compliance with FASB standards. This role partners with Command Finance and Field Accounting to maintain accurate financial statements.

You will develop processes, create training materials, and coordinate system access and updates across ARC Command and field levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 4 years progressively responsible experience performing double-entry accounting.
• Experience with SAGE Intacct preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and evaluates the consolidation of ARC Command financial statements.
• Develops processes and procedures for financial consolidation and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees year-end consolidation to produce Command-wide statements.
• Develops training materials and conducts training sessions on accounting systems.
