Job summary

Clair Global is seeking a console technician to support road staff with equipment prep and gear tracking in our fast-paced tour environment. You will work with ERP software to manage assets, document returns, test and maintain consoles, and troubleshoot systems by phone or in person.

• Basic understanding of analog/digital consoles and signal flow.
• Basic computer/networking skills.
• Basic soldering skills.

• Must excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and continuously changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist road staff with equipment preparation
• Continual use of our ERP Software in order to proficiently track, manage, document and prep company owned assets
• Document gear returning from tour when required
• Test/maintain console systems and associated hardware/software
• Trouble-shoot full console systems in person and over the phone
• Prepare outgoing console systems
