Jobtailor in Irvine, CA is seeking a Field Inventory Coordinator to manage and optimize field inventory, including consigned instrument sets, units, and RMA returns. You will develop processes, conduct annual audits, and provide dashboards to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include regular reporting on inventory utilization, evaluating levels, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with AP, Sales Operations, and Customer Service to reconcile inventory and improve workflows.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency using MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
