Job summary

Hanover Theatre is seeking an Operations Manager for the Conservatory & Education department. The role oversees day-to-day operations, including class calendars, event logistics, and communication with students regarding auditions, shows, and community events.

The position involves coordinating with HR and Marketing to manage contracts, registrations, and program publications, while supporting the Registrar and building class spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in office administration or program operations preferred.
• Experience working with youth or educational programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize receipts and payment requests for department expenses.
• Collaborate with HR to process contracts and hiring paperwork for contractors.
• Support hiring of part-time faculty and posting job descriptions.
• Coordinate school and summer programming logistics and calendars.
• Publish tuition-based classes in AudienceView and on the website.
• Maintain annual report data and contribute to statistics.
• Schedule and supervise front desk operations for classes, rehearsals, and events.
• Plan Conservatory social events and oversee vendor relationships.
