Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of three years' supervisory experience.
• Five years' budget and fiscal management with federal grants.
• Experience working with social services; valid Washington driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall development and direction of the SCC, its projects, case management services, learning center, and budget and financial system.
• Plan, develop, create, implement and evaluate the program to achieve broad objectives.
• Develop Performance Management goals and be accountable for outcomes.
• Engage with and manage partnerships with like organizations for collaboration and retention.
• Market SCC skills and develop annual project workload with other departments and private companies.
• Provide overall budget and fiscal management across multiple funding sources and grants.
