The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Consent Management Platform. You will provide technical leadership across secure, scalable services, APIs and integrations that handle customer consent and preferences.

You will own core capabilities like consent records, audit history, identity integrations, and compliance controls, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• 7+ years of professional software engineering in production.
• Lead complex technical initiatives across systems and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing API-driven platforms integrating systems.
• Proficiency in one or more modern languages and frameworks.
• Strong distributed systems knowledge and eventual consistency.
• Data models with auditability, version history, and traceability.
• Understanding consent management and data governance concepts.
• Cloud-native architecture with containerized workloads (EKS/ECS) and AWS data stores.
• Secure service integrations, authentication/authorization, encryption, and secrets management.
• Familiarity with security standards and vulnerability management.
• Strong communicator and a good mentor for the team.
