Job summary

The Pokémon Company International seeks a Manager for Consent Management Platform to lead a small team delivering shared digital platform capabilities, focusing on consent management, APIs, and data governance. You’ll guide architecture with scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across content sites, apps and marketing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing or leading API-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of data-management principles including auditability and lifecycle management.
• Experience with consent management and privacy/data-governance concepts.
• Proven ability to lead teams and projects in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team delivering shared digital platform capabilities with consent management as a focus.
• Set roadmap for consent management platform and translate requirements into priorities and plans.
• Align product, engineering, privacy, legal, and data governance stakeholders on capabilities and experiences.
• Drive consistency and reusable enterprise capabilities across fan-facing touchpoints.
• Own delivery outcomes with clear progress, milestones, risks and KPIs.
