Boeing in Seal Beach, CA is seeking an Associate or Experienced ConOps & Architecture Engineer to lead development of operational concepts for space missions within the ESG Mission Design team. You will coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, perform MBSE-driven architecture work, and guide trade studies to meet customer objectives.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 1–2+ years in systems integration with ConOps/architecture experience, active TS/SCI clearance,

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• BS in engineering/related field (or equivalent).
• 1+ years of systems integration experience with SE processes.
• 1+ years of ConOps/Architecture for space-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development of first-of-kind space vehicles and missions.
• Develop and present review packages to senior leadership.
• Lead complex system trade studies to closure.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to resolve cross-segment issues.
• Utilize MBSE to capture system architecture and operational concept.
