Job summary

Reid Health in Connersville, Indiana, seeks a compassionate Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join an established team in a newly relocated facility with on-site lab and X-ray. You will take over an existing APP's patient panel, delivering patient-centered care in a populated community.

Job description

Connersville Primary Care APP Reid Health is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our well-established primary care practice in Connersville, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted practice with a dedicated patient population and a consistent flow of new patients. Our newly relocated facility features on-site laboratory and imaging services, providing convenient, comprehensive care to the surrounding community. The incoming APP will also have the opportunity to take over an established patient panel, allowing them to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

Position Details:

Join an established primary care team of 2 NPs, 1 PA, 3 pediatricians, and 2 family medicine physicians. Convenient location at 2500 North Park Road in Connersville, Indiana. Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Minimal call responsibilities, with an after-hours nurse triage line. Opportunity to take over an established APP's patient panel of approximately 1,265 patients. New facility with on-site laboratory and X-ray services. Modern clinical capabilities, including EKG, punch biopsy, sutures, cryotherapy, CLIA-waived point-of-care testing, VFC, and pediatric vision and hearing screenings. Well-established practice with a dedicated patient population and ongoing community demand.

Compensation Details:

Competitive base salary. Qualifying site for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). Excellent Benefits package: Medical malpractice and tail coverage provided; 403b with company match; Health/Medical/Dental/Vision; Country Club social membership; Annual CME allowance.
