Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Production/Assembler role onsite in Fort Smith, AR. You will connect, clamp, and braze wires on motors using hand tools and precise instructions to meet production goals.

You will read diagrams or TDRs, follow Shop Floor Display guidance, and cross-train across tasks such as testing, shaping, lacing, and sleeving while supporting team functions and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
