Job summary

Rezdy is seeking a Connectivity Specialist to join our Distribution team in Austin. You will support connectivity for tour and activities operators, focusing on OTA integrations and mappings across Rezdy and Checkfront platforms.

You’ll work with sales, onboarding, and technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity, clear technical explanations, and timely delivery for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer support experience.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide connectivity support to Rezdy and Checkfront customers globally, mainly NA and EU.
• Map products in OTA portals and coordinate mappings between systems.
• Become an expert in Rezdy's OTA integrations and supported features.
• Focus on distribution-friendly product setup across Rezdy and Checkfront.
• Coordinate with sales, onboarding, and tech support to ensure timely connectivity.
• Explain complex technical concepts in plain language.

We're looking for a Connectivity Specialist to join our Distribution team. In this role, you'll help Rezdy's tour and activity operators manage their integrations with online travel agencies (OTAs) and distribution partners. The Distribution team's mission is to help our customers streamline their operations and connect seamlessly with the channels they sell through.

What you'll do:

• Provide connectivity support to Rezdy and Checkfront customers globally, primarily in North America and Europe
• Map products within OTA portals and liaise with representatives to complete mapping between the systems
• Become an expert in Rezdy's top OTA integrations and what is and isn't supported with each one
• Learn and focus on distribution-friendly product setup across Rezdy and Checkfront platforms
• Coordinate with sales, onboarding, and technical support teams to ensure connectivity is completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
• Research and explain complex technical concepts in plain language
