Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Hartford, CT practice and help build the clinical foundation at ground level. You will work closely with ownership to establish workflows, develop referral relationships, and recruit and onboard future PTs, PTAs, and staff.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery and return to work, and maintain thorough documentation while contributing to leadership as the office

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Connecticut PT license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• 3-5 years of outpatient experience.
• DPT or equivalent degree in physical therapy.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join us at the ground level. This is more than a staff PT position. As one of the practice's first key clinicians, you will work directly with ownership to help build the clinical foundation of the office, establish workflows, develop referral relationships, and help recruit and onboard future PTs, PTAs and support staff.
