Job summary

Touchpoints Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Hartford area team. The role involves evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy modalities to restore function and prevent disability.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning


• Coordinates, delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff


• Ensures patient changes are accurate and documented on a timely basis

Qualifications

• Current State of CT Physical Therapy Licensure


• 3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy, preferred


• Working knowledge of various software programs, required
