Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.25/hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

What You'll Do

  • Plan and lead engaging group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests
  • Develop and maintain a lively monthly calendar and coordinate special events

  • Track resident engagement and ensure personalized support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience in activities coordination, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
  • Creativity and enthusiasm in developing and leading activities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt activities to various physical and cognitive abilities
  • Proficient computer skills and activity planning software
